The position of the spine is absolutely vital to how you feel . This
class looks at how to parking the pelvis and lifting the sternum and
release an abundance of energy. The Salutation to the 4 Direction is
here presented as a cellular activation to charge your whole body with
energy. More energy simply equals more confidence.! The relaxation will
settle the energy flowing around your body into a new and harmonious
state

The Activation will get your spine moving and freeing itself, energising
you. Energy Block Release 1 here releases the tension out of all the
major muscles and completes with a fantastic standing forward bend to
free the spine and release blockages of stuck energy, also improving
posture in general. The Salutation to the 4 Directions is in one
direction only, designed to super charge your cells creating a natural
‘feel good factor’. The Cow poses adjusts the position of the sternum
opening and freeing the chest. Relax with ease. The overall response
will encourage you to hold your self high with strength and greater
energy.
