Although I enjoy revision, can we please have some new sessions with any new sequences and EBR past 1-5 if possible in the future. that would be grrrreat! thanks.

Hi Pauline,
we are running all of last year's classes at the request of members who didn't manage to view them last year due to the first video platform we were using. Brand new classes will screen from November 15th 2010.

When does the next Natural Confidence class begin? You have it down to begin on 1st July - the same date as Natural Weight Loss. I'm assuming it will start on 14th June, can you confirm?

This session about establishing a greater empowerment process. The main sequence called the Seat of Compassion will open the chest and sternum, releasing sadness and grief. It creates space to feel good about you accessing the innate potential of the heart as the main powerhouse in your body. Simply as you feel better and happier, the whole of your health and well being will respond more favourable. Like attracts like! As you feel better, life feels better!

The activation will prepare you for the Energy Block Release 2 (part 1). This will stretch the spine, creating a more flexible mind and body. Squeezing the kidneys will help clear unwanted negative emotions such a fear. The Seat of compassion is a strong sequence for opening the heart and chest area.
