Before you enjoy our Dru Yoga classes please watch the safety video. It only takes a few minutes and will help to ensure that you have a good experience.
This session about establishing a greater empowerment process. The main
sequence called the Seat of Compassion will open the chest and sternum,
releasing sadness and grief. It creates space to feel good about you
accessing the innate potential of the heart as the main powerhouse in
your body. Simply as you feel better and happier, the whole of your
health and well being will respond more favourable. Like attracts like!

The activation will prepare you for the Energy Block Release 2 (part 1).
This will stretch the spine, creating a more flexible mind and body.
Squeezing the kidneys will help clear unwanted negative emotions such a
