Annie, I think that the Dru Yoga Online Studio courses, are for me as a Dru Teacher, is the best thing ever as it gives me new ideas for classes, and also you give many variations of sequences and asanas, and of course with your sense of fun you give me many a laugh at the same time,and many of your suggestions as to why we are doing various sequences or asanas, my pen and paper are always at the ready. My day after the bathroom starts with my Yoga practice, and you in the Back or Fore ground depending if I want to practice with you, or doing my own practice, but with you in the back ground for any tips I may learn-which are many---also the modifications are invaluable---it would be great if you could sometime do a pregnancy course, I seem to always have at least 1 pregnany person in my classes. Calming the mind and thoughts will put you in the driving seat of life. This session will focus on opening the lungs, deepening the breath and taking your gaze inside. As you become calmer, you naturally will feel happier and more confident!

The activation will this time be followed with Energy Block Release 3 . What better way to calm mind and thoughts. As your think so you become. This session will remind you that as you calm your mind you can learn to consciously direct your thoughts to where you want them to go. In other words, a calmer mind can help you chose to be happier! We will work with PRANAYAMA – THE ART OF BREATH AWARENESS AND CONTROL. The Moon Sequence will calm the whole of the nervous and endocrine system. Relaxation naturally soothes and deepens your sense of inner peace. The final meditation will be the cherry on the cake. Feel good and be at ease with you because you are worth it!
