Before you enjoy our Dru Yoga classes please watch the safety video. It only takes a few minutes and will help to ensure that you have a good experience.
Calming the mind and thoughts will put you in the driving seat of life.
This session will focus on opening the lungs, deepening the breath and
taking your gaze inside. As you become calmer, you naturally will feel
happier and more confident!

The activation will this time be followed with Energy Block Release 3 .
What better way to calm mind and thoughts. As your think so you become.
This session will remind you that as you calm your mind you can learn to
consciously direct your thoughts to where you want them to go. In other
words, a calmer mind can help you chose to be happier! We will work
with PRANAYAMA – THE ART OF BREATH AWARENESS AND CONTROL. The Moon
Sequence will calm the whole of the nervous and endocrine system.
Relaxation naturally soothes and deepens your sense of inner peace. The
final meditation will be the cherry on the cake. Feel good and be at
ease with you because you are worth it!
