Weight gain can sometimes be due to emotional crisis and comfort eating.
This session specifically looks at ways to empower mind and body and
also release unwanted emotions that inhibit your self image.

is designed as a powerful means to strengthen your personal self
image. The warrior pose stimulates the digestive fire and energises the n
Body. The sacro lumbar release sequence is combined with a very special
technique called cuttting the illusion to clear unwanted emotion.the
relaxation is based on the breath to cAlm the mind. We complete with
alternate nostril breath to deeply stil mind leaving you empowered and
uplifted.
