organs nourished by the spine are re energised. It is a total body
workout for mind and body!

This programme is designed to deeply stretch the muscles of the whole
body. As you release tension and the 'toxins' that build up internally,
you will feel energised and rejuvenated. Experience a deep massage to
all the major organs with EBR 2. The dog pose will stretch the legs and
the spine, refreshing the brain. The Relaxation is easy and soothing to
the mind.
