Great Class until it started to stop every few minutes. Is this the video or my computer?

Hi Sarah, this is most likely your broadband connection. Sometimes if alot of people are using the broadband in your street / local area at the same time, it slows it down. (it's amazing the things you find out when you get asked this question alot!!). The video server we use streams video to your viewing device dependant on your internet speed, so MOST of the time it is fine. It just seems to be certain times of day when usage is high that it may be affected...apparently!

Energy Block Release 1 will ease tension from all the major muscle groups of your body. The Cat pose is the perfect way to ease the back and energise the body. The spiral Twist will open the chest and relax gently twist and spine. A tension release relaxation will help you let go and calm mind and body.
