This class is especially designed to release tension from tight backs,
shoulders and the neck. Ease tension headaches and back pain, deeply
relax. Give yourself a mini holiday!

Energy Block Release 1 will ease tension from all the major muscle
groups of your body. The Cat pose is the perfect way to ease the back
and energise the body. The spiral Twist will open the chest and relax
gently twist and spine. A tension release relaxation will help you let
go and calm mind and body.
