Before you enjoy our Dru Yoga classes please watch the safety video. It only takes a few minutes and will help to ensure that you have a good experience.
Stress means that your 'fight and flight' - stress mode is switched on
for too long a period. This session will soothe the nervous system and
access the relaaxation respsonse by focusing on releasing and relaxing
the kidney organs and the adrenal glands.

Energy Block Release 3 will begin to slow your system down by opening
the breathing system. This is followed by the 'Fearless flight'
sequence that works on the kidneys organs that are responsible for
supporting your energy levels.The Sitting Twist will work the spine to
help energize and the Forward Bend will soothe the nervous system and
expand and release tension in the adrenal glands. The dynamic
Relaxation will help you deeply relax.
