Hi, I can't seem to access any videos. Has anyone else had a problem of is it my system? It keeps coming up trying to accss Flitz.com?? The vid's are fantastic by the way!

Energy Block Release 1 is designed to unlock your body tension and prepare you for the Earth Salutation. This is a flowing sequence that uses the breath as a means to help calm the mind and emotions. It will help gropung you and encourage you to stand in your power. Part 2 of the Earth Salutation will re-charge your whole body and help you feel a sense of wholeness and centredness. The Relaxation focuses on how you can let go and feel deeply supported and at ease with life.
