Breath is the bridge between the mind and the body. This session emphaisis the use of the breathe to calm the mind and emotions.

Energy Block Release 1 is designed to unlock your body tension and
prepare you for the Earth Salutation. This is a flowing sequence that
uses the breath as a means to help calm the mind and emotions. It will
help gropung you and encourage you to stand in your power. Part 2 of
the Earth Salutation will re-charge your whole body and help you feel a
sense of wholeness and centredness. The Relaxation focuses on how you
can let go and feel deeply supported and at ease with life.
