This activation includes figure 8 movement, breath of the eagle and the solar kriya . Together they free and energise your spine. Energy Block 2 stretches deeply into the leg muscles, freeing the lower back. The combination of the Triangle and the Gate poses will release the deeper tension in the liver and gall bladder, helping you to let go of anger and increase your ability to flow! Relaxation is the panacea of all!
