Stretch and flex class one stopped after three minutes and each time I play it, stops in the same place. Any ideas? I've had very few classes working and I'm getting very disappointed!

Hi Brigit, It is somthing your end...most likely your internet connection is too slow and you need to choose the low quality video

I am also unable to play this video but Stretch and flex class 2 played with no problem. I have not been able to find a Dru yoga class since leaving the UK for the USA in 2004, this is a wonderful site.

I feel absolutely brilliant after this wonderful class. I feel stretched and cleansed from the inside. I agree with Donna - such a great addition to my life.

I am thoroughly enjoying the stretch and flex - class one. Joining up was one of the best decisions I have made.

This activation includes figure 8 movement, breath of the eagle and the solar kriya . Together they free and energise your spine. Energy Block 2 stretches deeply into the leg muscles, freeing the lower back. The combination of the Triangle and the Gate poses will release the deeper tension in the liver and gall bladder, helping you to let go of anger and increase your ability to flow! Relaxation is the panacea of all!
