Before you enjoy our Dru Yoga classes please watch the safety video. It only takes a few minutes and will help to ensure that you have a good experience.
This warm-up prepares you for a gentle Energy Block Release 2, prepare to stretch deeply into the back and legs. Really release the back and those tight hamstrings! Also, an excellent preparation for any other sport that you may enjoy.

There is nothing like a strong good ol’ stretch to make you feel fantastic. This is one of those. Body Preps include stretching Lat Dorsi and hamstring muscles. Perfect for the Rotated Triangle, the Simple Bhima (Ohh going stronger!) and the Inner Fire – worth waiting for! Relaxation will be well deserved!
